Thanks for the TU info. That's good to know. Possible in the near future I might go for it. Just not looking forward to doing any B* anytime soon. It's just so nice not to have to pull your Credit 4 times a day and with one of them being 24 hr and a minute it's really a PITA, LOL.

This card is pretty useless and has been relegated to the sock drawer after 1 use. The redemption rates aren't so great.

I just have their crappy "Paypal Smart Connect". Not the MC product.

It is useless.... I have a $4200 CL on it though , so I keep it open.

This is how I wound up with their "non-MC" branded card.. applied for the MC, got denied... got issued this instead. They won't let me apply for the MC............. guess I'd have to close the buyer credit 'store' card and then reapply and frankly I don't care enough I guess.

I'm still fighting to get 2,500 bonus points for a PayPal Extras MC promo I responded to in December. I called four times this week. CS tells me I have to talk to the rewards department, and CS transfers me. Rewards department says they only handle redemptions, not missing credit, and transfer me back to CS.

 

I finally got a supervisor in CS, who promised to take ownership and call me back by mid-week. The CS people and the supervisor all acknowledge that I registered for the promo and met the requirements.

 

The entire week came and went with no callback from the supervisor. The points have still not posted.

 

This card is more trouble than its worth. Worse than Discover it, and THAT is no small feat.
