I've been locked out of the backdoor for a couple years now, which is fine. What bothers me is that every time I write TU to request an investigation, 100% of the time I get a letter back stating "Here is the copy of your credit report as requested" (Emphasis mine). I even send them a new letter stating what they did the last time was unacceptable and I am not requesting a report, but to open an investigation and even submit support documents.

I opened a case with the CFPB, I'll let everyone know how that turns out. But how am I supposed to request an investigation when I can't dispute online or by mail? Has this happened to anyone else?
