Response from CA after Medical DV

I have a medical CA for a bill from 2011. I had opted out, deleted old addresses then sent pre-hipaa disputes. It was deleted from Transunion and updated on Equifax and Experian. I sent the medical dv letter and got this response.

Re: Account#xxxx XXX Associates $xxx.xx Date of service 3/11/11

Dear Reesie,

This is in response to your recent letter to West Central Texas Collection Bureau concerning the above referened account.

The 30 day period for validation provided in Section 809 B of the FDCPA has expired.

However since you are disputing this account WCTCB has conducted an investigation as requird by the FCRA. Based upon the research and your failure to proide any information as the basis for your alleged dispute, it is our opinion that said account is yours and still due and owing. It will continue to be reported to the three credit reporting agencies with the notification that you disputed it.

Is this sufficient response. Do I move on to the next step and pay the OC with the Hippa letter?
