Help! AllianceOne giving me a hard time for Pay To Delete

Working on removing the most recent collection AllianceOne, they placed an unpaid parking ticket on my CR for $224. I called two reps and they said the amount is $163 instead which is a bit confusing. I asked if I pay, will they delete? They gave me the reason that it's a government debt, they cant remove it. Really AllianceOne? I know this isn't the truth. Would you recommend that I send them a "pay to delete" letter or just pay it, then dispute and hope they don't respond to CRA's Any suggestions would be appreciated!

 

Keep in mind this CA are notorious for being difficult to deal with.

Pay directly to whoever you owe the parking ticket too and not the CA.
