Tu Backdoor Closed after Address Deletion Dispute?

As you know TU requires you to create an online account to begin the dispute process. I disputed my old addresses online. Well, I was notified by TU via email that the dispute was resolved and I could review the results.

 

Well now, the result is all that I see. I can no longer access my report in a way where I can dispute additional information.

 

I've called TU to no avail and have yet to get an explaination and have been guided by the rep(s)to just dispute over the phone.

 

Any clues?

Wait a couple days. I always have to wait a few days to go back into the backdoor to dispute more.

they only show you your dispute and your new report for a little time. I have another thread that I started last night asking if anyone knows how long you are locked out and no one seems to know the answer. I am going to update my thread with the answer when I get back in.

Definitley taken as lesson learned when dealing with TU. I'm a little upset with myself....

 

That's the hard thing - as a newb to CB - you read(stalk) all these threads and some of them are cliff hangers with no resolve or someone replys with a link from 2003-07. It makes it hard to trust if what you are reading is still valid 10 years later.

 

Hopefully it will open back up eventually.

I was told by TU web support that the dispute option "backdoor" would open back up at the end of the 30 day viewing period they give to see your corrected report that they provide..

yeah that is what I was suspected. I am glad that I found this out now instead of when I needed to fire off multiple ones in a short period at the beginning of the year.

I've been locked out of TU online access for well over a year. I suspect it was because of *B.
