Validation? - PDQ Services, Inc

I disputed several accounts with Experian, one of them being PDQ Services, Inc. and they sent me a letter that reads

 

Our offices are in receipt of your letter of dispute and request for validation pursuant to 15 USC 1692g of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Please be advised we have contacted our client, Heavenly Dental Associates Inc, who has confirmed the name and address listed on the account as well as the amount owed. Listed below is a summary of the charges on the account.

All of this is on their letterhead as well. This was for dental service provided well out of the SOL. Does this constitute validation in anyway?

well im already at this point seeing as it was not marked medical before the initial dispute. I have went the medical route with account known to be medical, however, this had not sort of medical notation on it. Anyhow, this is what I have received thus far already just in response to the typical dispute with Experian (only report its on)... where to from here...

Since the standard for validation is so low, I beleive this does constitute validation.

 

Now that you are aware that this is a medical collection, I would post in the medical forum to get Why Chat's take on this. I would think you would be able to start the HIPAA program at this point.
