MinuteMaid Posted July 3, 2013 hi all! I have a few questions regarding my recent discharge (May 2013) from a consumer proposal. Quick History - I couldn't keep up with 5 credit cards and filed for the proposal in 2009. As of May 2013 I've completed the proposal and my transunion is showing this discharge. Questions: 1) The old credit card accounts (that were part of the proposal) are still showing up as delinquent accounts. When will they be removed? 2) With the proposal still on my record for next 3 years, assuming my credit history in the past 2 years as been really strong (I was still able to secure various credit cards and loans and cell phone - 5 records total w/ perfect history) can I expect to break a 650 beacon score even with the proposal on record? Thanks MinuteMaid
