FIA Card Services suit-DISMISSED FOR WANT OF PROSECUTION

Plaintiff just didnt show up. I did, with an attorney. How do I leverage the court docs showing this into a deletion on my credit reports?

You should be able to send a variation of the DV letter with a copy of the court doc showing it was dismissed.

. it's not a judgment that is reporting, it just an account , right?

 

and if it's within SOL, and the case was dismissed without prejudice, they can refile.

 

was it dismissed with prejudice or without?
