how to get $15,000 for start-up

Greetings. I'm new to credit boards and looking for advice for my new business. I'm starting a real estate whole selling business and I need about $15000 to start up. I've been looking into a few personal lines of credit and loans but none are at the amount I need to get started. Also the APR seems to be to high. Are there any recommendations on how I might be able to secure this start-up capital for my business. Thanks.

Only a few options exist.. 1. Personal loan 2. Loan from family or friends 3. Partner up.. Biz credit will do nothing for you right now.

Get some starter accounts then go out buy as many gift cards as you can and re sell anything you buy from your business accounts on Craigslist and eBay.. I'm joking but it is actually possible.

Not sure if $15k is possible but if done properly you could probably get close to $10k with very very short repayment terms not to mention a few lates!

If you have a highschool diploma go enroll at a local college and apply for financial aid and get a refund check......thats an easy 3-6k.......

lol. I'm definitely not broke and my credit score is in the 700's. Got any advice?

Your choices are stated already.. Personal loan(s) or a credit card or two or a secured loan of some sort.. There aren't many ways to fund a start up besides cash or investors but $15k isn't that much so a $10k loan and credit card would do the trick or vice verse.

 

You say your not broke so do you have savings, 401k, etc.?

So if your not broke why do you need 15k to wholesale properties.......15k is not alot of money
