The Master Issuers Who Mainly Pull TransUnion TU Thread

Recommended Posts

I wish I could get more issuers to pull EQ or TU. I seem to live in EX country.

I think its the whole east coast and mid west that pulls EX.

You have you to live in the Wild West for fun....

Midwest is by no means EX heavy.

North TX is very heavy EX. :( Edited by mendelssohn

Nothing more dangerous for rebuilding....

Than a TU puller.

ETA: And someone dead set on app'ing before ready. Just because you get a clean TU, does not mean to load up.

Hey guys, Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union only pulls Transunion. (Beware that they will do 2 hard pulls, 1st being any type of loan you desire and the second one to open a banking savings/checking account)

Bob- also want to give my thanks. My TU is 729 and out scores my Experian by 36 points. It's very hard to find institutions out here in Nor Cal that only pull TU. For a 30K auto loan, my local credit union pulled Experian at 683, and only got me as low as 4.74%. Going off your list, I applied to Corporate America Family Credit Union, donated to The HOPE Foundation to get membership, applied for a 30K auto loan, and indeed they only pulled TU and gave me 1.99%.

Dude, you rock!

Also, Jay051 is correct. Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union only pulls TU, and for sure they do 2 hard pulls.

We have several inactive master threads here that could use regular updating, and this is one of them. I already maintain some myself, and it would be nice if some of the other regular contributors on CB could take over updating some of these inactive master threads.

NFCU is now 99.9% set for cc applications, I have seen this trend in multiple boards for at least a year. Audi Financial/VW (Captive), for many years pulling TU.

They pull EQ for me and many others. They don't use a set CRA and can't be put on this list for that reason.

+1

NFCU has pulled my EQ to obtain a C.C and EX for a CLI.

When was this? All new credit card applications for NFCU are 99.9% going on TU now, I confirmed this with someone that works in one of the DFW area branches. For CLI or LOC goes with EQ.

I stand firmly on what I previously stated.

Sorry, but that's not the case.

Last CLI was last year and I'm in the DFW area.
