WF deleted on their own. I know it was part of the original terms if the NMS for the servicers to correct credit reports, but I'm not sure if they are all on the same page on how/if they are doing it.

Where is the verbage you are stating when you referred to the "original Terms" ... maybe i can site it in the letter to make it more convincing.. do tell

Go on the NMS website and review the consent judgement for your servicer. It's long, but you should be able to skim through it and find what you need.

i took a good lengthy honest read and all i can say is im dizzy and didnt find much in direct reference to the reporting, collecting or verification of any such tradelines involved. I had 2 properties involved in the Review and Settlement but of course funded for one as the other was not my primary property. One was Wells Fargo (Americas Servicing COmpany) and the other was Suntrust. Any possible direction?.. My eyes are starting to cross.. lol

i had bofa as well. I am going to try and get a letter together this weekend and send off to the executive offices. I'm hoping for some feedback on it and i will check back when i hear something

Hope someone can answer this question - if rust gives me $2000 - that tells me that something was 'wrong' and they are compensating me for it ....severally under compensating me I would think.....shutting me up, in effect.

So can I purse the problem is another way and hope to get a lot more instead of cashing in just $2000 ?
