What is noteworthy sharing...Despite the date you see when you log in, the day you receive the notice is an actual REALTIME Fico score. I BD my EX about an hour ago and the soft was still from last month. The day of last month's score was sent to us, is the same day as the soft, eventhough I think it said "as of Feb 2nd".

Some of you may have already known that tid-bit...

Has this been 100% verified? This is the first I hear of this...

Considering last month we got notified on the 11th of Feb, and as of just an hour ago that was the last PSECU soft on my report...I'd say so. They must erase or overwrite their last soft, BD your EX report, and I am sure you will see today's date. When I saw the soft last month, it had no other softs for previous months.

I only discovered this because I had a dispute open last month, and I got the notification that it was done on 2/12. When I checked my softs on the updated 2/12 report, I saw the PSECU soft was from 2/11 - none showing for previous months either.

Realizing earlier that today was the 12th - I wondered why we had not received the score update yet for March, so I back-doored EX again (around 12N today) just to see if the soft was done and we were just waiting.... and the same 2/11 soft was there. Now a few hours later, here comes the update. If you look at your PSECU notifications or keep the emails (like I do) to check the score, you will see the email was sent on 2/11. So the day of these updates must be the up-to-the-minute score despite it saying "as of March 2nd"..etc

Checked EX BD just now and my only PSECU soft is still from Feb 11th. Nothing showing from March. :dntknw:

I think EX is about 24 hours delayed with the softs (from creditors) showing up. Where as EQ is a week or more.

But that confirms it for last month lol.

I don't remember but I think we went thru this a couple years ago and it was determined that the reports had to be pulled on the same date as the one it shows it was.

Meaning the date it shows? "As of March 2nd" or the date we get the notification (today)?

I'm pretty sure that inqs are real time, soft or otherwise. Why the BD doesn't show March's SP I have NO idea...:wacko:

I know with EQ the creditor one's are delayed, I assumed they are with all of the CRA's just a little...for example, when I pulled EQ last week, and did my counter I did not have a soft from NFCU - now when I checked yesterday, it showed me a soft from NFCU on 2/27/13.

My score is 668 down 20 points. It seems my car loan caused a big hit on my score. The derogatory and serious delinquency are very old and I'm stuck with them until they drop.

  1. You have a serious delinquency (60 days past due or greater) or a derogatory description on your credit report.

The presence of a serious delinquency or a derogatory description is a powerful predictor of future payment risk - people with previous late payments are much more likely to pay late in the future. However as these items age and fall off of your credit report, their impact on your FICO score will gradually decrease.

Actions you can take: Most late payments stay on your report for no more than seven years.

  1. The remaining balance on your non-mortgage installment loans is too high.

Your FICO score weighs the balances of your non-mortgage installment loans (such as auto loan or student loans) against the original loan amounts. In general, when you first obtain an installment loan your balance is high, and as you pay this loan down, the balance decreases.

Actions you can take: Keep this in mind: This factor will have less of a negative impact on your FICO score as you pay down your installment loans and the total balance decreases.

The only soft I have from PSECU is this:

PA STATE EMPLOYEES CREDI

Date:

February 11, 2013

FYI what you posted is a link to your report. Granted it said it's timed out but I'm concerned if you are viewing your report the link may be active for us.

It's all good. Feel free to hack it if you'd like so you can see my baddies and cry too.

This HTML copy paste that seems to be on every input box on the webz is super annoying to say the least.
