ok a little confused,

 

If i send a dv letter for an old debt do they have to validate?

 

I sent a dv letter to ca today for an older debt (two years old) they have been sending me letters for months.

first letter they sent said I have 30 days to reply or this debt will be considered valid so, can i still send them dv letter demanding validation since this 30 day's has long pasted?

 

I was hopping to 1-2 punch them with a jack attack letter to the cra's as soon as i receive green card

DV them anyway. In my experience, 95% of CAs never respond to your DV letter. They just sell the account to another CA, because you are no longer considered "easy pickings".
