They've all made me so mad with payment limitations and Citi does not let you make a payment on an oustanding balance unless you owed at least that much the month before.

 

Now I push payments from my bank account regularly through bill pay. I have not seen any limits to this.

That's too bad about the Walmart Discover. I am not sure if the store card has any max on the number of monthly payments. I paid four times in January and I had no problem. I have been charging and immediately paying the day the purchase hits my account to maximize my low credit limit and keep my utilization low. I've only had this card for a month.

 

I guess once I convert to their Discover card and have a decent credit limit, it won't matter so much. As it stands, I can only shop twice (or shop once and buy gas) before I feel the pressure to make a payment. I have to believe that being this focused on paying so fast will help me with a CLI this spring. I'm tempted to call GE for a CLI, although I want all my cards at zero and a few other things to drop off the TU report before I ask GE to review my cards for a large CLI. That will all happen by May, so I'm being somewhat patient for now.
