First,take a rubber eraser and gently rub it along the magnetic strip. Then, wipe the card with a damp towel. These two simply steps will help remove built-up grime. You can also should use an anti-bacterial wipe instead of a damp towel to clean the card.

I am guessing the First Premier card I flushed down the toilet yesterday is prob now loaded with fecal matter... but that's just a guess... I cannot vouch for its whereabouts after it disappeared... ha ha

I don't know, I touch things all day with my hands, but those parts down below stay under freshly-laundered clothing. Therefore I wash my hands before I use the restroom, not after. Makes a lot more sense.

Color me dumb, but HOW exactly would fecal matter end up on a card that is printed, affixed to a piece of paper, and more than likely sent through an envelope sealer?
