Hello, I was wondering what I am going to run into, and if it was even possible to get a new car loan with an IRS tax lien. The amount of the lien is $35k. I am looking at a 28K vehicle with 8-10K down. Will this be possible? My credit score is 550

I was approved for a Capital One blank check loan last year while having an IRS tax lien. My loan was not as high as $28,000, but I was not asked about any payment arrangements with the IRS.
