I think these changes took place around Oct-Nov 11, when they changed their account management site. They had sent out an email describing these changes.

Bob, you have some special type thing going on there.... <_<. Shoot, I even have an account directly through JP Morgan and my sign-on screen doesn't look anything like that.

When you sign into it, which account comes up?

All my Chase cards show up.

The only difference is that the top now has a black tab and J.P.Morgan logo

I'm still regular Chase. Even with my pretty 800+ scores, I don't breathe the rarified air of Bob Wang and Hege... cray.gif

Not enough zeroes on my paycheck!!! grin.gif

I signed in thru that site and it went straight to normal Chase.

My account changed like Bob. My only chase product is the sapphire preferred, and I am not high net worth.

Edit: My account has jpmorgan all over it if I click on Bob's link. If, however, I type chase in the address bar, I get the regular chase page.

I forgot where that thread ended, but are you saying that your Cash Plus is still intact? (with whatever cashback benefits) Bev's (DW) Cash Plus was converted to a Freedom ages ago.

ETA: Looking back, I see where you report the card still ntact with 5% EDP rebates ... you Dog!

... Can't believe they're keeping the card stock on hand for renewals for the 8 of you who still have card ;)
