Do you know how to remove PR judgements from L-exis N-exis report?

I just received my L-exis N-exis report. Only 4 PR and 3 addresses on my report. I am going to dispute the addresses right way.

I want to dispute my PR judgements. For that i want to clean up the PR furnishers first. Any experience?

Ok. I called in today, gave them the report number and told them that I'd like to dispute the addresses.

When they sent me the reports, they also sent me a Blanco database report. does anyone know if I should dispute the blanco report seperately?

it seems like a report just like credit report titles "Banko Consumer Report".... consisting my personal info, ssn, dob, my addresses, bankrupruptcy section, even section, tax liens/judgements/eviction section and a section called "companies who requested your file".

looks more like a a credit report.

I was more of looking for s strategy to dispute the items on the report. I have 4 in there. I disputed the addresses already. I am waiting on a strategy to dispute the PRs. for now I am planning on going with the whychats formula. But I am not sure if they will be same effective with LN. If you know anything please feel free to share.

I too have my LN reports in hand. I have researched this have not come up with any strategies on disputes for them. One poster said give them a call and dispute it, and it goes right away. I sent him a pm asking if they were talking about the insurance section or the Public Records section. I haven't gotten a response yet. Mine is chock full and I am positive this is where CRA info is coming from. TU disputed my BK for me without me even asking, and it came back worse than the original. All of the errors on LN are now updated on my TU report. I would love to clean these up then dispute CRA, I have a real good feeling that they would be deleted from CRA.

If someone would share this info I would appreciate it. I really dislike feeling like the first lamb in line here. Dont know if this is the feed line or someone else's feed line.

Did some Googling here and on the net, similar results to yours, not much intel. If the mistakes on your TU are the same mistakes that you see on your LN, well it sounds like you should be not the first lamb to dispute but the FIRST BULL to help yourself and the rest of us. I have read some of your posts and you are not the bashful type, so even though seemingly not many have done this move before, don't forgot that lots of us can help if only by giving out logical answers to whatever situations you (or others) might run into.

Well I am getting ready for the BULL fight. I just want to make sure I dont run at that red flag. I am still repeating " I SOFA KING purple " over a dispute I am having with Verizon Wireless. Lets just say I ran straight at the RED Flag and got stabbed in the back, and the wound still hasn't healed yet.

I disputed Banko Seperately.......Still waiting on results. Looks like they are taking the whole thirty days.

I sent the disputes in for about 10 Judgments and one BK. I sent CMRRR absolutely no response from LN way over the 30+5 days. I sent separate disputes one for Banko and one for Riskview. I do think they will be deleting now. I hope this has a domino effect on the CRA. Does anyone know how I can go about getting their attention for this matter? BBB, AG, FTC?

I'm interested in the judgment part of it. Will they try to verify it in any way is what I'm wondering.

I would say it depends on the court. Maybe if they can research it online from India. No way if they actually have to send someone to Courthouse. I have a grip of judgments on mine, and no response from disputes.

Funny thing is I also disputed my CLUE (insurance) reports. Funny thing here is that that sent it back verified.

Even though you've not received a response, can you tell me EXACTLY what tactic you used to dispute? Obviously you disputed by mail. CMRRR? Dispute reason? All disputes in one letter (per report)? What steps will you take now that they have not responded?

I disputed via CMRRR mail to the address on both the Banko and Riskview reports separately, got signed green cards back in mail. They had a wrong address so I said I never lived at my previous address address, and that the 10 judgments and one BK that showed up aren't mine, put a little note about probably belonged to someone with a similar name. I will now probably file a BBB complaint and see if that will get their attention in regards to disregarding dispute. I am just now getting around to working on their disregard of my dispute.

I would send them another letter CMRRR along with a copy of the first letter and CMRRR receipt demanding that they immediately delete ALL of the items listed as they are now required to by law.. Next step in paper trail.

WTH is wrong with LN!? I've sent the request for the complete report twice. This time I even double-checked to make SURE it was the complete, and not some other form they sell. They keep sending only the Accurint Person report! I'm getting REALLY frustrated (you couldn't figure that out, right?). I need to get this judgement off TU in 10 weeks time. All these stupid delays are jeopardizing that. GRRR.

So, I could dispute the addresses now, while waiting a third time for the RIGHT report (even sent it to "Attn: Full File Disclosures"). Only, I was kind of waiting to see if there was a way to determine which address was "tied" to the judgement in their system. Can you all just tell me? Was it tied, like it is on EX, with some code or something? If not, I'll just guess and remove all but my current address.
