Ugh!! Its back ATT debt from 2005 9th agency trying to collect

Recommended Posts

Hi All

Title pretty much sums it up, I check my reports today and low and behold theres an entry by I C System, for an ATT bill from 2005. I have sent out timely DV's to every agency all 9 never got anything from any of them.

Now I have not had any communication from I C System no calls, no letters so now I am wondering what to do, I want this done , once and for all!

I have one on one of my reports from 2002. Not the same CA, but the same OC. I have disputed it as obsolete. They need to get it off NOW!!!

I'm betting if none of the first nine (!) were willing or able to validate, then these little bastards won't either. Simply dispute it with the CRA, IC Systems likely won't (or won't be able to) validate it, and it'll come off. Repeat as necessary till next year, when your seven years is up :)
