A funny idea occurred to me the other day... And I really think it is true...

 

Paranoia is Bass Ackwards narcissism. Think about it, it is always centered on you, obviously, it would have to be. If someone is talking behind your back? Of course they are talking about you.. the bastards... Just about every paranoid delusion and feeling revolves around the paranoid person..

 

Which means, that paranoid person must think an awful lot of him self, if he is so important that that many people are out to get him...

 

Strangely, this makes perfect sense, if you apply it to certain... careers..*says no more*

Paranoia is a symptom of psychosis. Serious stuff.

 

Yes. It is. Saying so does not invalidate my point. It is backwards narcissism. In order to believe that everything in the world is conspiring against you, you have to also believe that the world, which is conspiring against you, also revolves around you. I wasn't making a joke so much as stating a fact that I had not previously considered.
