The BOA Business card number is not working. I called 800-881-4730 and said it was for a business card, and they offered to transfer me. I asked for the direct number before being transferred.

Follow up -

 

On hold with the underwriters at PNC. 800-762-0974 is the number if anyone needs it.

 

I got my useless PNC Points card increased to 10k from 1k. It took them a good 5 minutes of me on hold to do whatever it is they do.

 

They pulled Experian, and the underwriter shared that they sometimes pull Exp, or TU, sometimes both. In this case, just Experian.

 

The UW did share that they only very, very rarely do an auto-cli.

Same story when calling the Cap1 Account Specialist line. “All credit limit increase requests must go through the self service (automated) system. No manual review available.”

 

Is this what’s been happening with others lately? No more reconsidering??

AFAIK this is the thread with the most recent info, it just isn't being maintained.  

 

The reason I suggested rewriting the initial post and starting over is that the first post of this thread is verbatim (or nearly) what you'll find elsewhere, like the sample dispute letters that are two pages long and make demands that aren't based in law, and use words/terms like "hereby" and "competent evidence."

 

Thanks for volunteering.  This would would also be a great job for someone who wants to contribute to the board who already isn't wearing six hats around here. :)   And I don't mean that you wouldn't do a great job.
