If you are opted-out you won't get them

+1 on what EnC is saying. To add you are likely already opted-in unless you have previously opted-out. My experience is the following and I am not "opted-out": I never have gotten a pop-up for any of their websites until after I did a HP with Sportsman's guide Visa, initally declined and then 1 month after I got the pre-approval pop-up. Got to figure that because I did a HP I somehow got into their system. BTW: The HP was with EX, and the pop-up preapproval soft was PRM-pull on EQ (so I assume ymmv on what they pull)

Yay, approved for Sportsmen's Guide visa @ $7K. Soft on Eq only.

That's a pretty substantial CL coming from Comenity! Congratulations!

What does your credit look like?

Just wanted to comment that several of the Orchard Brands merchants which market themselves as "a leading, multi-channel marketer of apparel and home products focused on serving the needs of the rapidly growing market segment of women and men above the age of fifty-five" according to their websites are aggressively offering credit pop-ups at checkout. These credit cards are all backed by Comenity and may be an option if attempting to rebuild. Some of these are Appleseeds, The Tog Shop, Linen Source, Winter Silks, Bedford Fair, Old Pueblo Traders, Haband, Blair, etc.
