Sure.

So I tried a last ditch attempt with FIA today. Sr. Analyst said that they want to see 7-10 years of reestablishment (Vs my 5+)........."So basically you don't want any negatives on reports, You do know how unrealistic that is; Don't you?"

After BK or other negatives?

They approved me with quite a few negatives for $15K, but no BK for me.

Unrealistic? Why?

Because medical biller don't always send bills where they should go. They randomly like to pop up on your reports like this zombie i'm fighting right now from 6 1/2yrs ago.

No BK, but 1 C/O from 7yrs ago reporting, some 30,60's from an auto loan 6yrs ago. History has been A+ since then.

I've had some luck getting medical bills removed because I wasn't properly billed.

Call again. I had 17 defaulted student loans reporting, 30 and 60 day lates about 3.5 years old on an auto loan and an old BOA charge off that was no longer reporting. The only thing they brought up was the old charge off.

It's probably the charge off reporting.

I'm not that worried about it. The outfit is known for not accepting PFD's so they're not getting a single penny from me and they can let the door hit their behind on the way out in January.

It just pisses me off they see some new accounts and decide to rain on your parade all of a sudden thinking they're gonna get paid. Not if they don't delete. ;)

They say it is the old C/O auto loan lates which somehow got "re-aged" to show delinquent last year even though they were from 2009...

I've called them about 16 times for reconsideration and they are NOT budging. Not to mention I have a paid C/O with BOA from 7yrs ago that is not on reports. Only the spanish analyst mentioned this.
