FIFO (First In First Out)

There are two exceptions with EQ:

1) During a single calendar date they go LIFO instead of FIFO. So any time you apply for an EQ puller, it's good practice to pull all your softies first. It will save you a day of B*.

But it's still FDIFDO ((First Date In First Date Out).

2) Stickies are stuck. But there's no point worrying about this because there's nothing you can do about them anyway (except not get them in the first place).

Adding FDIFDO to the B* lexicon. :D

man u guys got this down to a science...right down to the hour practically...we probably know more about EQ's IT system than their own IT staff...which has probably been outsourced to India

All clear after another successful B*:clapping:

Somewhat interesting finds and a bit of confirmation from previous discussions

  • ANDERA - still not counting for me
  • EQUIFAX - definitely not counting for me
  • I have a loner Equifax Consumer Services from 2/7/12 that does not count. It's easy to find because it's on a separate row.
  • GEMB/WALMART - DEBIT CARD does not count. I assume this was from my CC application
  • 2 of the FCs were still alive as of last week and each soft counted. They are a bit of work and somewhat limited use though.

Hello. I've experienced some nice B* on Transunion: had 7 now I'm down to 1 which is scheduled to be dropped around the 30th or so this month. Now I'm experiencing B* on Equifax: had 4 down to 2. But I'm still not sure how to calculate on Eq. My softs are:

Now for the last 2 they were for cc from a bank that shouldn't have pulled 2 hards on me: I applied for a secured. I was denied credit because the salamander clerk at the bank pulled for a REGULAR cc which I knew well I wouldn't be qualified for. So long story short we fill out an app for the secured and he sent it in and a few days later they pulled another one. It's fine coz I was going to B* for eq anyways so that was the good part that they pulled eq for both. Those are my last 2 that I'm trying to bump now. The problem I'm having is how do I use the counter to calculate the softs AFTER these last 2 without manually counting from those 2 days? The counter stated: Total confirmed softs found: 77, Total unconfirmed softs found: 4, Total possible softs found: 81. Another problem I have is that since I started the bumping process for eq the 'Total confirmed softs found' and 'Total possible softs found' have consistently stated 3 and 3 more for the next day: whatever the number for both it is always 3 more from the previous day because I am using 3 pullers: Usaa, MPM, EC. But today the 'Total confirmed softs says exactly 3 from the previous day: 68 yesterday to 71 today but my 'Total possible softs was 1 more for today instead 3 more: 80 yesterday and today 81. Why is the last reporting 1 more for today instead of 3 more? Shouldn't it state 83 instead of 81? Am I missing somethin? Thank u all for your valuable help and expertise.

Went from 8 to 3 and should have the rest off by the end of the week (crossing fingers). Haven't had to do B* in a long while. This was fun

the hards/softs that are dated after the hard u r looking to get rid of count, those that come before don't.

softs from some services like CK will always remain but just the last two days or so as they are pruned to that amount daily.

you probably haven't accumulated enough after those dates/hards and before the next chop (next week) so you'll have to wait until the next B* month period starts and begin attacking them then.

for EQ usually u load up on the hards prior to the opening of the B* period (right after C* has happened) and then you pull like madman.

TU you can get a hard at anytime and just keep pulling non stop with SC until it goes away after 56 pulls.

It's entirely possible, I just knocked off a 7/24. :D

Yea depends on what state your in too and when you will get chopped. I just bumped a 7/26 a few minutes ago. ;) I'm using 4 pullers though and I'm in VA. So, I will be one of the last to get the axe.

Thanx guys. I would have EASILY made it if it hadn't been for a day I totally missed by accident! The 17th I'm not worried about, I'll make that one just fine even with that one day I missed from my 3 pullers. It looks like I maybe off by 1 for the 23rd. I may just end up buying an eq myfico for the last one. Hey, what do u guys think. Those pulls I made on the 23rd along with the credit card app I made on the same day. I'm not sure but do those pulls on the same day as the cc app count because of it being on the same day or is eq so anal as to the exact time of the app in relation to the pulls for that day? For example if I did my pulls at 9am but the cc company didn't pull til noon on the same day will those pulls for that specific day not count because of me not pulling until AFTER I applied for the cc? I know I'm shooting for stars here but this maybe the deciding factor in me keeping EC and MPM. I got the EC during the month trial and I would love to get rid of it before I have to pay. Damn me! Got distracted doing something and I missed a whole freaking day!!! 3 pulls!!!!!! Gosh Darnit!!!!! lol By the way, I'm from Illinois.

from what I've heard you did the same day hard and soft in the right order. Of course both count but in this instance the hard will drop off first then the soft for that day. Intraday is LIFO. Interday is FIFO

6 --> 0 :yahoo:

next to sex there is no other better feeling! :yahoo:

the best is when you have dozens of them and they all go away in one fell swoop ... that is a true LMAO moment. Especially when you think of the alternative way of doing it via a certified mail request to those hosers begging for them to be removed and then they blow you off by giving you a copy of your report with them still on there. Take that you dorks @ eq!

I am still slamming them daily now with merging my wife's file back together. I never give up.
