Many big spenders are unlikely to forgo the cachet that comes with flashing a Black Card around. In addition, among business-savvy customers, there is some skepticism that the newcomer will be around long enough to deliver on its promised rewards.

 

No brainer for me if AmEx ever offers me a Black. :)

with the banking industry looking to squeeze as much money from the consumer as

they can...i forsee alot of these cards coming in the future and alot of "invites" going out

in the mail..:)

I don't know about that. I've bought several grand in stuff from Stratus partners and never gotten the invite. ???
