Gal - when it's below freezing here (I think that's like 55 to you I hear) I will put my running clothes in the dryer on high for about 5 min to warm them up. HTH :dance:

Sunshine, I'm in an apartment without WD connections. I'd have to go outside for that (and pay $1.25) :rofl:

YES!!! Maybe I just need to hang the effing tv and use the fireplace and can hang my clothes in front. :dance:

Girl I am out of shape, if you do not get through the 1st week just start over. I do all of mines on a treadmill.

I don't know how the droid app compares to the iPhone app, but I LOVE the one for iPhone!

I agree with Lynn.... if one week is a struggle, then repeat it as necessary :angel: My SIL 3 years ago took 7 (8?) weeks to get through this program. She and my brother just completed their first sprint tri in May!
