I "work" for free. I have my own financial resources. Our bills are paid and that's all that counts.

DH has a full medical retirement from the military.

I make about $20k a year more than I need, which is about $20k a year less than I'd like. :aggressive:

I love that answer and I'm going to piggyback on it. :aggressive:

1 billion dollars a year.

(Rounding up to the nearest billion)

That means you make at least $500 million?

Not if we're rounding UP to the nearest billion... :dntknw:

My husband makes about that working as a contractor in Afghanistan. I make zero, because his income allows me to stay home, watch t.v. and eat bon bon's all day. :P

Seriously though, I make whatever the small livestock farming opperation we have brings in each year and by the time we factor in expenses I have a negative income. Is that even possible?

Thanks for helping out our soldiers over there!!!

Will not say how much, but I will say I would never go to either Iraq or Afghanistan for that kind of pay!

I know a lot of folks who went for a lot less, and gave a lot more. :dntknw:

I was there myself in 91, but did not make that kind of money on an E-4 paycheck! Reason I would not go for that kind of money.
