Most of this I found by accident and necessity. You don't want to know what my reports looked like 3 years ago.

 

Anyway, keep reading threads like this, even if you're not sure if they apply to your situation, you never k now what kind of tangent they'll go off on.

My biggest regret? once they fell off my report, which they did VERY quickly after my letter to the OSBC... I should have sued anyway.

Just remember they cannot "unring the bell". I believe you have a year for litigation on the Federal violations.

Thanks to another KS CA who decided to harass me, these letters and contacts I made within my state agencies will once again be useful.

 

Don't forget to look up your protections under your state!

DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY PART OF YOUR CREDIT REPAIR PROCESS.

 

Sometimes things come back from JDBs 5 or 7 years later...... just saying
