If you want a Chase branded plastic, your options are (as of now):

1) Request a replacement card

2) Request a product change

From what I hear, they were rather haphazard in issuing Chase branded cards before the natural expiry of the WaMu branded cards.

Has anyone received a physical chase card yet to replace their WAMU plastic? They show up on my CR as chase cards but I still have not been updated.

Just me?

They rolled-out new cards in waves

They can't make and mail 1,000,000's of cards in one week...CAN THEY???

It is also possible that they are just going to let you "EXPIRE"

You can always CALL ON THE PHONE and ask

The name WAMU makes me vomit a little in my mouth each time I see it.

my 2 cards expire 3/11 and 12/10. guess i'll be waiting a while unless I call.

Is there a reason you need the new piece of plastic with a Chase logo? The one with the WAMU logo is supposed to function until it expires...

The plan is to replace ALL WaMu branded debit cards right away (if not already done). As for WaMu CCs, they will send you the new Chase branded one when your CC is about to expire. Until then, the WaMu plastic works just fine. If you really want the Chase branded plastic, then you can call in and request one, or easier still, just log into your chase online and click on the customer center tab, and click on request replacement card. That is essentially like calling in and saying your card is damaged. The current card will work until you get the replacement one. Hope that helps.
