I have been trying to get a modification from Indymac/FDIC/Onewest for OVER a year. Went to Trustee sale; was able to get the trustee stopped by filing a lawsuit.

will indymac do a loan mod through a chapter 13?

I was successful in obtaining a permanent modification from Indymac. It took 2years but it happened.
