?? for WhyChat or Others -- Dr/Hospital Bill Listed by CA

I have had a collection for $69 on 2 of my reports (TU & EQ) for quite some time now (first listed 2004). I've had tremendous success using WhyChat's HIPAA method paying the OC's, and this was going to be the next one I "attacked." I have 2 to go after this and I'm DONE.

Anyways, I sent a DV letter to the CA back in July (I know, not really part of the "process" but I did it anyways). They never responded.

I also did dispute with the CRA's (it didn't get deleted).

I have no copy of the bill (and of course didn't get one from the CA as they never responded), and really have no idea of where to send the cashier's check for $69 to (what address).

It's a big hospital, and the bill is listed as "Emergency Physicians of BLA BLA BLA Hospital." So today I called the OC ... they only show one other collection (one of the 2 other remaining ones I have yet to deal with), but they have NOTHING on me for this $69 bill. No dr. bill, no hospital bill, nothing ever sent to collections by this hospital.

So my question is, how do I attack this next? I can't really send a letter to the OC, because they have NOTHING on this. Is there a good (more threatening) letter I can send the CA?

Any advice here would be appreciated.

If you DID use the medical dispute letter,

and it was "verified" by the CRA's, then send the reporting CA this;

and as soon as you have the green card back, send the CRA's this;

I DID already use the medical dispute letter to the 2 CRAs still reporting (TU & EQ) and it WAS verified. So I'll be on to the next step in sending the CA the letter you've listed below and wait for the green card to come back and then on to the CRA letter.

I'll keep you all posted. Thanks Why Chat!!
