So, the question is, WTF? Look how many pulls they have done? They can pull every single day almost? This is on Experian. I notice however no new pulls since I put the state mandated full security freeze on my report which went into effect January 27, 2008 for the first time. None since then. Looks like I cut them off. :stop: However, imagine if these were hard pulls.

The only time I have ever seen EXP report inquiries more than two years old were the inquiries from EXP themselves. Never seen a data furnisher's inquiries remain beyond the 25-month mark...

I also was surprised to see 4yr old soft pulls on that list...

Yes. More tall tales from the OP. He ought to do some research before posting this type of stuff.

Try this, call experian fraud dept. and order your report. Inquiries go back 7 years on fraud dept. ordered reports. Sorry. I show hard inquiries all the way back to 2001.

OP: Only if you could convert those EX softs into EQ softs and donate them to me. I'd save $11.99 and call it quit on the games of B* :)

Of course not.

I don't know why after being caught red handed telling tall tales you come back and do it again. I have a full factual from EX dated January 2005 and there were no inquiries dated earlier than 2002 on it and those were November and December 2002.

I'm creating a spread sheet of my reports so I can track things by color code month to month with a bunch of forumla's to auto calculate everything and change colors of report changes. I can copy and paste my report into a text document, save as CSV, import CSV into Excel and it will highlight changes :)

:) You are surprised that not everyone has a scanner? I have a cheap inkjet printer from Walmart that cost $59.00. If I need to scan, or copy I do it at work.

I'm not caught red handed saying anything. I don't care what you believe. Go read your full factual and quit bothering me.

Why post if you are not interested in what people think? So far you have posted at least 500 messages on CB, so it is reasonable for people to view your sudden selectivity as being out of place. :P

Just because you are not getting the answers or comments that you want does not imply that you are being bothered or harassed.

DSTS - Don't Sweat The Softs

I disagree, and so does the FTC

Division of Financial Practices

Clarke W. Brinckerhoff

Attorney

202-326-3224

April 30, 1999

"The bill also seeks to prevent an undue invasion of the individual's right of privacy in the collection and dissemination of credit information." (604)

There is also, I think it on the tail end of FCRA, that says if the violations are "blatant" and prove willful noncompliance not sure of the exact wording...the damages can go up to 2,500.

There is no distinction written, That I am aware that defines what type of inquiry 604 governs. 604 is there to protect your privacy, 604 it is not there for some sum sucking CA like AALLC to exploited it. That is exactly what they have done.

Has anyone else received such report? Is there any additional stuff on there besides old inquiries?

If you specifically call Experian, ask for fraud dept*, and then tell them you want your full credit file copy, you'll get a complete report including adds/deletes with dates. For example, my report shows me EVERY account reported including deleted accounts that don't show up otherwise. If an account was deleted, it tells you the date it was deleted and reason for deletion. It also shows all inquiries both soft and hard for 7 years. The stuff in this report goes back 7 years to the day even if it has been removed.

*You'll know if you got the real fraud dept. because not only will they ask you the regular information they always ask, but they'll make you confirm 3 TL's open or not with information like creditor, credit line, and balance. They'll also ask you for your PIN if you have a security freeze in place so have it handy. They do this EVERY time. The direct number for this dept. is on your security freeze pin sheet you got in the mail that has your pin number. Back of 1st page on the bottom before the "legal rights crap."

And no this is not a full factual report. This is a full credit file disclosure report which is more like a print screen of your entire file. its hard to read. I'll see if I can scan a copy of mine on Monday and post it.

This is an odd thread  I can't make sense of it but I guess I'm missing something.

Asset Acceptance pulls softs A LOT if you let them. Several times they have pulled more than once in the same day, or 3-4 times in the same week. The ones highlighted red are the same day multiple pulls.

Theres a little problem with this, the fact that CRAS will not list multiple softs from the same date.

You've definitely got something strange going on there.
