wow tu deleted the judgment

i did a dispute with tu over the phone last week for a judgment i called today they said its deleted will my score go up how many points ? i have one more old judgment 2 years shuld i try to delete this olso or it will not work wen you do it in one go?

Congrats on the removal... glad that worked for you..

 

You should see a point increase, however, it may not be that big since you still have another judgement listed.

 

What are the details on the second one? Any details on it that you can dispute?

Correct. AFAIK, it is the presence of a public record and not the NUMBER of PR that causes the FICO hit, because you are now on a different scorecard--whether you have 1 or 5.

i called today they said its deleted will my score go up how many points ? Yes. Hard to tell. Perhaps around 20ish. The problem is you still have another one on your report.

Keep in mind that getting them deleted from your report doesn't make them legally go away.

 

You may want to seriously consider getting a lawyer or starting to study how to vacate judgments as a Pro Se and get ready to do that next.
