Checked my report this morning and ohh heck yes.....

My last OC is a goner !

It was gone from 2 of them recently and I disputed it again and today it is gone.

Happy New Year to me......

I am on my way to a clean report. I have a couple JDB to fight off and my report will be clean.

It has been an amzing ride, allot of work but wow, I would have never in my life thought I would see a clean report, but I think now I will because I can beat these two scum JDB in time.

Gosh, this board has been a blessing. With a report that was a mile long of baddies almost 2 years ago it is now showing allot of goodies and only those two scumbags.

I am in shock...................

Thanks to everyone here and my CB champions for all your help we are now looking at a totally clean report in a matter of time.

How do you get rid of OC's since you can't DV them right? You can only DV CA's??

If an OC has not sold your acct (or kept it in house), how would you dv a CA? An OC is a data furnisher.

hint, hint....FCRA.....

DONT use the words "validation" or "verification" here.

Simply ask for "information."

That has worked for me everytime.

Well on your report wouldn't you have the OC AND the CA... if it went to a CA. So if you win with a DV to the CA, the OC is still there, how would you get rid of that then?

This will not work with a CA because the OC does not have to report the balance of 0.

Only will work if a JDB buys it.

Will have more later. Got to run.

You get rid of it by going disputing the accuracy of the information directly with the data furnisher.

I actually had more success when disputing with the OC during my repair journey.

I have had allot of success timing it to where the JDB buys the debt, I dispute with the CRAs on the OC's ( they have to at least report it as a 0 balance now that they sold it ) and with alittle luck and timing they fail to verify it and it gets deleted.

With this OC it has been stuck forever and I was JUST WAITING for the day it got sold so I could try this because they have fought me to no end.

With no OC's left now I have time to kick the last two on my report butts. I am ready to rock and roll on them so I can finally get a clean report.

Never... never thought it would ever happen for at least 4 more years.

:(

Hey Curious and Jack, how are you doing?

holy crap, 147?!?!??! and you got them all removed?? What was your starting and current credit score, fi you dont mind my asking?

My scores when I started credit repair from this board were 330 and two in the 350's.

I had two of the 3 over 700's recently until the last two JDB started reporting and dropped them down just below 700.

I had a high of 721 before they started reporting.

But that is ok, I am confident I can beat them and all 3 will be over 700 in a matter of time.

Congrats!!! I would love to hear your story also. Where you were, what you did in what order, how long it took, successes and setbacks, etc. I know it would help me in my journey!

Thanks and congrats again!!!!
