I'm dealing with three different CA's reporting on my CR and I was fixing to fax a letter to Gary Forsee's office but just read that he's no longer the CEO. Does anyone have a contact in the form of an email/phone # of someone that was able to resolve your Sprint problem. This issue is causing me to pull my hair out and I need someone there that can actually do something. CSRs are no help whatsoever and this girl is tired of the whole mess.

Google "sprint company profile", it should have a phone number to their corporate office, along with high ranking people's names. call and demand to speak to one of them, you probably wont get through to one of the big shots, but at least youll end up with someone above the basic CSR's.

Call Sprint Executive Customer Service. They get it right the first time everytime. They are not a workaround for avoiding regular CSR's. To avoid abuse only call once problem has been escalated to no avail. More about Sprint Executive Customer Service HERE

Good Luck. Sprint sucks. If they weren't the cheapest (like Tee said Sero is the best!) I'd have been out a long time ago!

I work for the company - We have an internal program which allows employees to create special tickets for customers we run into who have issues.

 

These special tickets are assigned a case manager who have an SLA to contact the customer within 24 hours.

The person I dealt with was Ms. Bush, but they seem to assign you a case manager when you call them.

I spoke with someone in Executive Customer Service and wound up paying the $100 bucks over the phone. There were three different CAs reporting and when I disputed two off as dups they were deleted right away. One of the two was the CA that Sprint had as the CA on record. However the third CA is still there but since Sprint didn't have them in their records I DV'd them saying that there is no account with a balance in my name, to delete their TL from my CRA and to by the way prove that they were even allowed to collect for Sprint.

 

I sent the letter CMRR and faxed it to the higher ups at the CA and a few days later I got a letter thanking me for my payment. I'm hoping that doesn't mean what it sounds like. I don't know if their letter was in response to my fax or if they somehow found out it was paid. It sounds like I may have a new battle on my hands because there is no way that I'm going to have a paid collection on my CR.

 

Executive Customer Service...yeah right. :blink:
