Yeah, it takes a longgg time lol. When I was upgraded last year it was like 4-5 weeks. When you log into your Target account online you'll see the updates there first, that's how you know your card is on it's way.

I don't have my letter on me, but I recall something like it would be sent after the opt-out period had expired, and I think that was late July....

did you past your opt-out period already?

No I called when I got the letter and told them that I want the card. And they said they would get it sent out to me.

Aes is correct. The letter they send out gives you an "opt out" period - 4-6 weeks IIRC. (You can choose to not accept the Visa) - after that period expires, expect to wait another couple of weeks before receiving.

haven't received mine yet but the opt out period that was on my letter ended last week, around the 10th or so and I logged in this morning and my upgraded limit is showing. It's probably on the way in the next week is what I think.

I called a week ago to make sure they'd changed my name along with the upgrade to the VISA. The rep said they print cards on Fridays, and that they go out in the mail Saturday of each week, and that mine was scheduled for printing 7/14. She said if I don't have it by 7/21 to call back. We'll see. She did say the card is for $5,000!!!

I think my opt out date was July 15th. No card yet, but I just checked my acct. online and my upgraded CL was there. YAY! It's about time Target deemed me worthy of something more than 200 measly bucks!! LOL

My Target red card was sitting at $300 since they opened it two years ago. The $5,000 limit was stated by the rep--it wasn't the result of me asking for a CLI at conversion. My highest limit card is Patelco @ $10,000, so maybe they're giving me 1/2 that amount??? Who knows!

My wife's opt out date was 07/13. On the 13th, I noticed that they added additional info to her account summary- the $3000 credit limit but her red card limit was still visible.

I checked earlier today the 18th and now her red card balance has been transferred to the other account, so now it is less than $3000. The account number is now a new 16 digit number. I should try to use the red card.

Still no card here and no change to my online account summary either. I've had a 300.00 limit since a year or so ago and have always kept it paid in full or paid down. I was hoping for just 1000.00 :)

when did you get your letter? Maybe it depends on that because my new limit just showed up online earlier this week and I got my letter over a month ago.
