Thank you nyrfann! Just downloaded and read this entire thread, this seems much better than my own ss.

Seemingly small but great tool to stay abreast of your finances. Both 'sheets' 1 and 2 have well-thought columns.

I typically pull up 'mint' to capture all my individual balances and total balance on a given day - that helps populate both sheets 1 and 2.

Otherwise going to every creditor / lender / bank could take 30 mins daily.

This spreadsheet together with 'mint', made things very convenient.

This sounds fantastic. For a tech savvy excel ignorantish individual like myself, can you please post how I'd pull up mint with this ss?

Thanks!

To even think it would auto pull from mint is already a height of tech savvy if you are me. Haha.

No I didn't imply auto minting.

I merely copy pasted from mint the first time. From then on I would just update it everytime when balances report, ie end of statements.

What a bummer... I completely misunderstood, lol. Just wondering, actually nah, it can't be possible... Not in my ignorance, but it still helps a lot, thanks!

'Not possible'...

Hmm...

I won't say so. It's actually possible. We just have to pull information from mint and compile it on the spreadsheet. Someone with the right knowledge of web applications should be able to find a way to do this.

I use Personal Capital over Mint, but both are great. I can pull up PC on my PC (hah) and copy over there. I even used Dave Ramsey's sheet (Debt Snowballs) to apply paydowns, I just organized them my way where higher interest was paid first.
