Do i have to buy it or is there a way to download, im kinda puter illiterate!

You can use OpenOffice.org (OO.o) or Google Docs Spreadsheet for the basics. You'll lose some of the macros, but most of the info will be there.

I wish I had found this thread earlier! I made a similar spreadsheet for my cards once. I like this one because its

ver nice and clean looking though. I have a few suggestions for additional fields that people may want to use.

1. Website URL - (click right on the spreadsheet to go to the cards site and pay or look at balances)

2. Date 0% or promotional period ends - (pay that crap off before theres interest!)

3. Date of last asked for CLI. - (some issuers make your wait.. this is good to keep track)

I believe all of that is coming in the current update.

BTW- Last year I modified the spreadsheet to include all the suggestions mentioned above and it has worked very well for me. I also included a 'last date used' column which I update for my sock drawered cards.

Thanks for everything NYRfan and Breeze!

I love love love the new spreadsheet. It's easy to use and the calculations are on point. I have about 12+ credit cards so I was looking to find a way to keep track of the balances, due dates, etc. This is a great worksheet thanks NY!

I should mention, I emailed the sheet to the above poster as the new sheet in not yet uploaded.

Glad you like it.
