I disagree with their methodology.


"America’s Health Rankings™ combines individual measures of each of these determinants with the resultant health outcomes into one, comprehensive view of the health of a state. "


If you are trying to measure the health of a state, then the high school graduation rate is irrelevant. Measure the health of the state, not its "determinants." If the state doesn't spend much on health care, but the citizens are still healthy (this is what they say about my state), then the fact remains that the citizens are healthy.
