I hope that FAKO isnt that accurate or i am screwed. All the prime cards are now reporting, i wonder if that caused the massive drop.

I hope that the remaining Neg TL's when they go by by will raise the score....... I know PM FAKO was reporting 677 and you can see in my sig what it actually was for TU.

Haven't you read it 20000 times? You've been here since last year.

FAKOs are worthless, hardly worth a thread about them.

They mean NOTHING.

yes i have, and i know they dont mean nothing but dang...

My Fako's jump around like a bunch of Mexican jumping beans. Doesn't mean sh@t. If you are concerned, get scorewatch from EQ or I think myfico.com has a similar product.

For all you (or ANYONE else) know(s), your fico may have jumped up in points. My Fako dropped 40 points when my EX fico jumped up 60+.

Smush is right, hardly worth the effort.

While I know the scores are fake, a drastic drop usually signifes that something has changed on the report. Yesterday I noticed my EQ score had ropped 20 pts, after closely examining my report I found that EQ had re-inserted a negative that had been previously deleted. I got an alert from Scorwatch today and my Fico dropped 10 pts because of the negative.

You may want to examine your report closely to see what has changed on it.

I'm with Smush. Fakos don't mean a damn thing in their ups-and-downs.

My EQ FAKO went down 40 points in one day...no changes to my reports...a week later...I got 42 points back! NO changes either time.

Along with the comment that they are meaningless (although I still think a good barometer anyway i like watching them go up as much as anyone), if you aren't applying for credit, the drop doesn't matter and should rebound within a month or two. Unless the drop is something that will cause certain creditors to rate jack - but that only matters if you carry a balance.

Do not look at the FAKO scores, ONLY look at the report to find any changes.

We quit looking when we had a 160 point change in one day with one baddie deleted and the next day we were 15 points below the original score.
