THEY ADDED IT OVER THE PHONE

 

SHE SAID SHE WAS SORRY

 

I SAID I NEVER HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE ON ANY OTHER CARD IN 6+ YEARS!!!

 

I FOUND OUT THE REASON FOR ALL THE ISSUES!!!

sorry about all the trouble you went through, mine went smoothly. I'm actually beginning to like the clear card, I got approved with 2K CL myself, doubled to 4K upon activation, danced a little to 7K and that is enough for now, didn't want to be too greedy :) . Right now, it is my primary card since I have 0% apr for the next 6 months.

IT'S STILL UNDER $200,000

 

I HAVE 4 CARDS...

 

THAT "COULD" BE $400,000

 

They have a maximum limit per card, but also a maximum limit per cardholder for all accounts. For me that limit is $30600. I would think since they issued a card at $2000 (wasn't your last new AMEX $25k?) that you've probably maxed out with them.

Well at least they graced you with a card...I was just declined with no reason listed. Maybe it's retaliation for closing my Gold card earlier today?

I received the same letter earlier this month after doing a phone in CLI, soft was not on EX or EQ I would assume TU which is who they used for my apps. I'm at 48k 3 cards 5 months history with amex. 100-150k income.

Sorry about the toy limit George. I guess the good news here is that AMEX has the allocation tool so you can give clear more if need be...

OH George! It is sometimes SO hard to feel sorry for you! :aggressive:

 

It is like people feeling "sorry" for me because I have trouble finding clothes that fit!.... (I am a 43 yo single mom of 5 children....I am 5'4" and weigh a whopping 110 lbs - size 2 (but NOT petite - too tall for those)!) Pants are always too short in petite and you can't FIND a size 2 in Misses (full height). Of course my daughters have a similar problem..... my 20 yo is 5'2" 95 lb (combat medic! :swoon: ) and wears a size 0! My 16 yo is 5'3" 100 lb (soccer star! :aggressive: ) and wears a size 00! of course you can't leave out the baby at 13, 5' 85 lb and still in 'little girl' clothes! :rofl::rofl::rofl:

I GOT AN ANSWER TO MY E-MAIL

 

THEY WANT ME TO CALL SOME NUMBER

 

I "MAY" JUST CALL TO CANCEL AND DO A 2 into 1 AND TELL THEM I'M INSULTED WITH A $2,000 CREDIT LIMIT

 

WAL*MART "STORE" IS $3,800!!!
