Welcome to all of you from Million Mile Secrets. That's a nice site with lots of helpful info. I have had it linked on our "other sites" section for a long time, and I encourage CBer's who like rewards cards to visit and see if you find it interesting and helpful.

I have to add that the other databases claiming to be like our creditpulls site are actually based on our original database which was housed on a yahoo groups database, and available for download and manipulation. Unfortunately other people took our database and used it to try to make a profit by selling access, or linking to the available cards where they would earn commissions from the info. Others tried to corrupt the integrity of our data by adding in fake info to deliberately steer people towards cards that they knew would not be suitable.

I've seen the complaint on flyertalk about having to register here before using the database - these are the reasons. We maintain our database and have made it difficult if not impossible to steal or corrupt it.

Been visiting creditboards on and off for several years to keep up on credit stuff and get hints for friends as well as my own youthful indiscretions. Never really had any need to post, but figured now was the time to register and maybe ask a question or two.

From various searches relating to credit, banking, financial legislation.

I very much enjoy this site and continue to learn from it.

For the specific types of information contained, it is my favorite because;

1) excellent moderation

2) depth and amount of knowledge is astonishing

3) pro-consumer

I've seldom needed to ask questions about anything. With moderate effort and time, I've found answers searching the vast repository of data.

I don't go anywhere else.

Excellent resource!!!! ;-)

I was looking on Yahoo! Answers how to fix my credit and in an answer, this website forum popped up so I thought I'd give it a shot. Seems as though there are some knowledgable individuals here who can help me with my circumstances. :)

Found this site while searching google on debt relief and rebuilding credit. I have a mountain of debt and a 400 credit score. It is time to face reality and deal with my problem. I love all the information I have read over the last couple of weeks. Ready to make a plan and become part of the community.
