What do you do if your SIGNED card is not accepted?

i first tell them my signed ID is valid and by the time they ask their supervisors, they usually give me the ok. if they still ask for ID, i usually give in but i don't sign it with my real sig. i make either a dot or a straight horizontal line. if they lemonade me off bad enough, i can always reverse the charge and they wouldnt have a matching sig. it hasn't come down to that yet.

MANY PEOPLE LOVE TO SHOW ID AND THEY GET THEIR WHOLE DAY RUINED IF THEY ARE NOT ASKED...SO THOSE PEOPLE WON'T COME HERE TO THE SUB-FORUM...SO YOU WON'T GET A "TRUE" SURVEY

That isn't morally right, and is probably a violation of the CARDHOLDER AGREEMENT.
