Photo Security helps if your card is lost/stolen... picture on the card itself won't look like the person.

 

Photo Security is a photo ON THE CARD, and not an additional ID.

 

IF THE PHOTO CARD IS SIGNED AND THE PHOTO IS OF THE PERSON TRYING TO USE IT, NO ADDITIONAL ID CAN BE REQUESTED.

ugh, don't get me started on bofa, and the stupid photo cards...all I have to say it it's SCREWING UP MY NON-PHOTO CARD (I have YET to receive it, the LAST csr said it's because I "supposedly" have a photo on file..but I don't--he also said he'd geta supervisor to override it since he couldn't).
