HI, I have 14 medical collections accounts reporting on my credit report, and one that I just received that is not yet reporting. So far I have: opted out deleted old addresses (a few remain on EX but are not associated with current medical collections) The medical collections are: Apex Asset Management (3 accounts - 1 should drop in June*) AR Resources Berks Credit & Collections C-Tech Collections (on TU only) Healthcare Funding Solutions Online Information Services (2 accounts) Senex Services (4 accounts) Med-Rev Recoveries (EX only) Today I received a collection notice from Certified Credit & Collection Bureau, but it is not reporting. Next steps (I think ): For the accounts that are reporting: send PRE HIPPA MEDICAL DISPUTE LETTER to CRA's question: do I dispute the account scheduled to drop off in June, or just let it drop off? For the account not yet reporting - I am confused as to which letter to send. Do I do a medical DV with the CA or do I send the HIPPA letter to the Health Care Provider? Thank you in advance for your help!
Happy New Year Everyone! Down to the last three stubborn baddies! I followed the Whychat method for a 2009 repo. I sent the 1st letter to the OC, since they were the only ones reporting and when they didn't respond, I sent the 2nd letter to all 3 CRA's. Last week, I get an alert back from EQ saying they verified it and also put the old address back attached to the tradeline. Still haven't heard anything from TU and EX. I'm in Californa so it's out of SOL. Where should I turn next? All advice is much appreciated!
