  1. Hi Everybody, I'm Brent and i'm 28. My parents have owned a duplex property since 1980 in PA. My dad passed away a few years ago and my mom doesn't want the responsibility anymore even though I take care of the place. So she decided to talk to a real estate company. During this process, I spoke with business savy family members and decided that I will buy the duplex from my mom. I was taking care of it anyway, I might as well own it and make money.
