  1. Hello all, Here is a quick summary of my situation. I originally went to school and borrowed student loans from sallie mae through Financial Aid. I dropped out and significantly fell behind on my loans. I got my act together a few years ago and contacted Sallie Mae and setup up a payment plan and had to make something like 15 on-time payments as the deal. After doing so, I was able to get financial aid again, I went back to school and got my degree as an engineer and now make a good living. After I graduated I consolidated all my loans, and have been current with my student loans. When I check my credit report, the individual loans show the history...you know where it shows the month and status of the loan. I had something like 10 loans and 8/10 show late, late, late, late, ok, ok, ok, ok, ok then paid off (because of consolidation). So obviously this refelcts I got caught up and have been making good on my loans. Two loans however show late, late, late, late, and then it stops at 2008. It doesnt show how it has been consolidated and is current. It actually says "DEBT BEING PD THRU INSURANCE; CLAIM FILED WITH GOVERNMENT". Is this something I dispute, or this something that is accurate? To me, it seems like it says I am not paying it. Is the credit report incorrect?
