Just called to get paid copies mailed. The other two went fine, asked for payment and gave confirmation number. Trans Union just said it was "processed" and I'll get it in bla bla business days. I got free reports on 12/25, are they just sending me that? I tried to call to talk to a rep, but not open again till 8:30 monday.

In April of 2013 I paid off my auto loan in full. In January 2014 I requested my credit report by mail. When I received my Equifax report, everything seemed to be in order. However, from May 2013 to December 2013 it has my loan listed as "No Data Available". Does this mean that they assume that I still have the loan? Shouldn't it had stopped at April or something? I tried asking this question to people online but everyone misunderstands me. They think that I'm asking why the loan is on my report if it's been paid. That is NOT what I'm asking. I get that things stay on your report for X amount of years. What I'm asking about are those months AFTER I had paid off my loan. The months in which I had no bills or payments because it had already been paid in full.

I started my credit repair journey at the beginning of 2013. I pulled my report from all 3 agencies and went through it and started paying off items that I could without putting myself in a bind with my current obligations. My score has went up on all 3 reports about 25-30 points almost at the 600 mark. However a lot of the items that are showing as 0.00 balance/ Paid are also still showing as potential negative on the report. Will those items remain in the potentially negative status for the 5-7 years or has anyone had any luck removing them?

Hello all... I have sent a dispute letter to Transunion, Equifax, and Experian. This letter went un-awnsered for 50 days. I followed up with a second dispute letter sent CMRR. I have received a response from all three, two of which state that the information will be removed. I do not trust that it will be, as I have been fighting with them for years over the same problems (my father and I have the same name, and our reports get mixed up). I have read that after changes have been made due to a dispute, that I can request a free paper copy of the updated reports. Is this true? And if so, does anyone have a sample letter of what I can send, requesting the updated reports? Thank you in advance!

Ok, so long story short, did some online disputes (I know, I know) They all came back as this; Yes, just like that - "The results are:" with NOTHING else. I did this on 5/26, so I know the 30 days are up - but just to be sure, I think I want to wait out 45 days. Should I hand write a letter, and include a printed copy of their 'results' - and state something along the lines of "yeah, you didn't do anything, so remove these items" Thoughts?
