I recently received my Nordstom Visa Signature (bin number starting: 414721). It's not being verified by THREE Visa Signature promotion sites that each state the following: https://visa.clearme.com/signature# 1. Enter your 16-digit Visa Signature card number to verify you're eligible for this Visa Signature CLEAR offer. http://www.cirquedusoleil.com/en/offers/shows/amaluna/visa/san-jose-on-sale-visa-signature-coissuer.aspx 2. Enter your 16-digit Visa Signature card number to verify if you're eligible for this CIRQUE DU SOLEIL offer. https://tickets.fandango.com/visasignature/ 3. Enter your 16-digit Visa Signature card number to verify you're eligible for this Fandango offer. Additionally, each display the following error after entering my Nodstrom Visa Signature number: "We’re sorry but the card number you entered has not been identified as a Visa Signature card eligible for this offer. Please re-enter your Visa Signature card number. If your card is not an eligible Visa Signature card, click continue to see another offer you may be eligible for". I called Visa Signature and they said the bin number (414721) is NEW to them. They are currently talking with Nordstrom about updating this bin number so it is "identified as a Visa Signature card". My question is this: has anyone else received a bin number starting with 414721 for a Nordstrom Visa Signature card opened in 2012-2013? If yes, are you having the same problems I'm having with the Clearme, CirqueDuSoleil and Fandango promotions for Visa Signature card holders? Thank you for any information you can provide!
