Hello, I ran across the following article on myfico.com... seems to be very legitimate way of rebuilding one's credit score to 700+ post-bankruptcy. I am currently preparing paperwork to file my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy case; I plan to use this method post-discharge to rebuild my credit. If I posted this in the inappropriate place, I apologize. Hi, I was discharged from chapter 7 on October 9, 2013. I am interested in rebuilding my credit and was wondering how I could benefit from my domestic partner's excellent credit. he would be willing to add me to his Platinum Amex card (I included 2 amex accts in BK), Would they deny me as an additional cardholder since I included them in the bankruptcy? would being an additional cardholder status be reported to my credit report? If anyone has answers as to how I can speed up my credit rebuilding, I would so appreciate that. thank you. Kim
